Service Terms

• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to turn down a job if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary beyond the scope of the booked service.
• Access: The client must provide a way for the cleaners to enter the property (key, code, or being present).

Cancellations & Fees

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Payments: Payments are due at the time of service or as outlined in your specific billing agreement.

Communication Consent

By submitting your phone number and email on simplycleanhouse.com, you agree to be contacted via:

1. Automated SMS for scheduling and reminders.
2. Voice calls for service-related coordination.

Liability

While we take the utmost care of your home, Simply Clean House is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. We are fully insured, and any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
